Healthy Chocolate Pavlova Recipe 2

Healthy Choc Pav 1 This is THE go to dessert in the Fitandfiesty household. I have no idea why but every time we have guests, you can bet that there’ll be a chocolate pav waiting to be devoured.

Maybe it’s because it’s super simple to make… Or maybe because it’s just delicious. Who knows?!?!

Hey! Looks great but when I baked it it came out really dry and tasted like paper. And didn’t taste at all like a meringue. How think are we supposed to layer it onto the baking tray? I have a feeling I must’ve layered it too thin and hence over baked it. It would be great if you could give me some tips! ๐Ÿ˜€ thanks!

      Hi lovely,
Thank you for trying it out ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m so sorry it didn’t turn out..
I layer it about 5-7cm thick, almost like a cake, although it does spread out over time. Hope this helps!
