You’ve got 2 days left until the big day and you have absolutely no idea what to get the fitness lover in your life…
I completely understand.
But don’t worry! Here are some gift ideas (for all budgets) that will definitely put a smile on their face.
Please note: Being an Australian, most of these products are what I’ve come across here, so I’m not too sure about availability in other countries. Also, this post is not sponsored by any of the brands mentioned.
1. Literally anything Nike. Anything. – $10 to $100+
If you’re choosing for a girl, you can’t go wrong with a classic pair of Nike Pro Shorts or a Nike Sports Bra.
For guys, try Dry-Fit Running Shorts or maybe even a new pair of Free Runs?
Opt for bright colours and eye-catching designs. And just make sure you get the size right!
2. Eco-Tan Invisible Tan– $35
This tanning cream is organic, is a great moisturizer, doesn’t stain your sheets and doesn’t streak!
The ingredients are all natural as well, so you know that you’re giving your skin the best care possible. I use a lot of their products myself and can’t recommend it enough.
3. Cellucor COR WHEY Protein Powder – $30 to $50
Let me just list some of the flavours for you; S’mores, Red Velvet Cake Batter, Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies N Cream.
That really says it all doesn’t it?
But in all seriousness, these protein powders don’t only taste amazing, they have a relatively clean nutritional profile and mix super easily. They are also great for baking!
If you’re in Aus, I would check out Supps R Us and for International Friends, you may have better luck with Bodybuilding.com.
4. Quest Bars – $3 to $32.5
Everybody’s favourite Protein Bar, I have yet to find someone who ISN’T a fan of these!
If you’re unsure of what flavour your friend loves, why not try a Sampler Pack so they can have it all (including the New S’mores Flavour!!).
5. Foam Rollers- $15 to $20
After killing it at the gym, all I long for is an intense foam rolling session. Nothing helps me release muscle tightness and lengthen out better. Your buddy will absolutely love it- but be warned, it takes a bit of getting used to… They may experience severe discomfort when first using it, but tell them to stick it up and they’ll be reaping the benefits and thanking you in no time!
6. A Workout/Nutrition Log Book – $5 to $10
Nothing says you care more about your friend reaching their fitness goals then a Log Book! As we all know (or should know), the best way to track progress and MAKE progress is to write it down and having one of these handy can actually make this task fun.
You can find the Log Book pictured here. But they shouldn’t be too hard to find, or too expensive.
7. Pana Chocolate- $6.50
Any follower of mine probably isn’t surprised to see this on here. I absolutely CANNOT get enough of these Chocolates and trust me, neither will your fitness or health-conscious friend.
8. A Good Gym Towel
Do you know how many of these we go through? The answer is A LOT.
You can never have enough- but it’s the quality that matters.
Look for one that dries really well and if you’re willing to go that extra mile, one with hidden pockets so they can store their belongings (entry card/band, keys etc.) without the hassle of getting a locker.
9. Wireless or Sweat Proof Earphones- $30 to $150
Because the best way to get into the “zone” at the gym, and to have a killer workout, is to plug in your earphones, turn the music up loud and forget the rest of the world.
Not only will a good pair of earphones make this even easier, it can help stop the wires from tangling or being pulled out one’s ear when it catches onto something.
10. A Christmas Gift Pack from Fitandfiesty.com! – $9.95 to $60
Hehe, I had to include these because I truly believe that your friend will LOVE them!
You can choose from the “Favourite’s” Gift Pack to the “Baker’s” Gift Pack; all full of the best selling items from our store.
Plus, they’re a whole lot cheaper than buying the items individually so it’s a win-win really 🙂
So there you have it.
I hope this guide came in handy for you and I wish you a Happy, Healthy Christmas and New Year!
